Malcolm Ching, AMS, PCAM
General Manager
Malcolm joined Waikele Community Association in 1997, advancing from Covenants Specialist to General Manager by 2003. He holds AMS and PCAM designations and received the 2008 “Aaron Chaney Property Manager of the Year” award. Malcolm created safety programs including TAAG, Waikele Posse, WAVE, and Community Safety Team Bike Patrol, helping make Waikele Hawaii’s premier planned community.

Duane Samson
Community Safety Director
Duane Samson leads the safety initiatives for Waikele as the Community Safety Director. He oversees safety concerns, coordinates the Neighborhood Security Watch/Citizen Patrol programs, and manages the W.A.V.E. (Waikele Area Volunteer Emergency) group. Duane is dedicated to maintaining the security and well-being of all Waikele residents.

Krysten Furukawa, CMCA, AMS
Executive Assistant
Krysten Furukawa serves as the Executive Assistant to the Waikele Community Association. She handles modifications requests and general community concerns, providing essential administrative support to residents and the WCA team. Krysten is a key point of contact for community members seeking assistance with various association matters.
